What is Pomona Choice Energy’s position on “Smart Meters”? Are you going to change my meter?

Pomona Choice Energy provides electricity generation only. As a Community Choice Aggregation program, our scope is limited to generation services and cannot expand to include metering services. Therefore, Pomona Choice Energy does not have any control over whether or not our customers receive Smart Meters from (SCE) Southern California Edison.

Can I return to Pomona Choice Energy after I opt out?

Customers who opt out before starting Pomona Choice Energy service or within the first 60 days of our service may return at any time. Customers who opt out after the first 60 days of service with Pomona Choice Energy will be prohibited by Southern California Edison from returning to Pomona Choice Energy for one year.
