Why can’t I opt out now?

I just moved to a new address and I want to establish service. How do I sign up? Can I participate now if I’m not already a customer?

If service has not yet been established with Southern California Edison: Establishing service is easy. Contact Southern California Edison one week before you will need service at your new address and schedule an appointment by calling Southern California Edison at 1-800-655-4555. What are PCIA and other fees?

Southern California Edison charges Pomona Choice Energy customers a Power Charge Indifference Adjustment (PCIA) and a Franchise Fee Surcharge. Both are calculated based on the number of kilowatt hours used each month. Who will send me my bill?
