Pomona Choice Energy, the City of Pomona’s locally-managed, not-for-profit community choice aggregation (CCA) program, celebrated its three-year anniversary on October 1, 2023.
The California Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice) hosted its annual All-Member Meeting from November 1-3 in Santa Barbara. Each year, the event provides an opportunity for CalChoice associate members to gather for in-depth discussions about regulatory affairs affecting community choice aggregators (CCAs). Pomona Choice Energy was represented by Program Manager and Environmental Compliance Supervisor Julie Carver at this year’s event.
This Earth Day, Pomona Choice Energy encourages all community members to make a commitment to sustainable energy practices. Whether it’s switching to light-emitting diode bulbs, investing in energy-efficient appliances, or simply being mindful of electricity usage, small changes can make a big difference in reducing carbon footprints and protecting the planet.
