Pomona Choice Energy was implemented in several phases. Phase 1 began in October 2020 for non-net energy metering residential accounts. You were able to make a choice of provider beginning in early August 2020. Pomona sent eligible customers 4 notices, beginning in August. You will continue to be served by (SCE) Southern California Edison, and will receive notices in the mail when your account becomes eligible to make a choice of power provider.
