Pomona Choice Energy celebrated Earth Day on April 22 by encouraging community members to adopt sustainable energy practices. Our community choice aggregation (CCA) program offers Pomona residents and businesses a choice in where their energy comes from, allowing them to prioritize sustainability while paying rates comparable to the local private utility.
Pomona Choice Energy encourages all community members to make a commitment to sustainable energy practices. Whether it’s switching to light-emitting diode bulbs, investing in energy-efficient appliances, or simply being mindful of electricity usage, small changes can make a big difference in reducing carbon footprints and protecting the planet.
“Earth Day is a reminder of our responsibility to preserve resources and the natural world for future generations,” said Pomona’s Mayor Tim Sandoval. “We’re proud to promote sustainable energy tips and we hope that our efforts inspire others to make conservation-focused behavior adjustments.”
Pomona Choice Energy is committed to providing customers with reliable, affordable, and environmentally-friendly power options. Together, we are actively accelerating the transition to clean power. Ultimately, our program operates with the goal of creating a better future for the Pomona community and beyond.
